Meet John
Your Guide Guy
Experience taught me how to solve complicated problems. Life taught me why helping people solve theirs matters.
My career has taken me from technology and software to sales, global business leadership and community service. Along the way, one lesson kept showing up: people don't need someone pushing them toward an answer. They need someone who will listen, help them understand the problem, and make the choices in front of them clearer.
Why I Created Your Guide Guy
You choose the direction. I'll help you understand the road ahead.
Medicare and benefit decisions can become complicated quickly. Too often, the conversation begins with a product instead of the person making the decision. I wanted to approach it differently. Your Guide Guy starts with where you are today, what you're trying to accomplish, and what questions need answering. My role is to provide education, help make complicated information easier to understand, and help you identify the directions available to you.
The decision remains yours.
A Career Built Around Solving Problems
Before working in Medicare education, I spent much of my career in technology and business. My work included software, sales and global business leadership, including serving as a Global Business Manager with Microsoft. Those roles taught me to listen first, understand the real problem, simplify complicated information and focus on outcomes rather than simply presenting products. Today I bring that same approach to helping people understand Medicare and benefit decisions.
Service Still Matters
I'm also a veteran, and service remains an important part of who I am. Through community involvement and conversations with seniors, veterans and their families, I've seen how difficult it can be to find understandable answers when healthcare and benefits become complicated. Sometimes people don't need another brochure or another sales presentation. They need someone willing to help them figure out where they are—and what direction to explore next.
The Guide Guy Approach

Listen First
Understand your situation before discussing directions.

Make It Understandable
Turn complicated Medicare and benefit information into a conversation you can follow.

You Stay in Control
Education comes first. You decide which direction makes sense for you.
Have a Question? Let's Talk.
You don't have to have everything figured out before reaching out. Sometimes the best place to begin is simply with the question that's on your mind.
